Fixed Fee
As each assignment is unique and bespoke, DJR uses a project costing approach for the calculation of fees. Rather than basing our fee on a percentage of candidate remuneration, we offer you a fixed and inclusive arrangement based on the work content of the recruitment process. This will enable you to budget accurately.
