The intimate understanding of our client’s businesses, which results from long term working relationships, means that we are frequently able to predict future candidate needs and to build and maintain "talent banks" of high calibre people who will satisfy future requirements. Other valuable by-products, which flow from long-term relationships, are talent scouting, remunerative practices and market intelligence.

Bespoke
Our service is both bespoke and flexible using pro-active Search methodology or a combination of Search and targeted advertising. The high calibre people that we look for are difficult to surface. We recommend the solution that delivers quality people quickly and effectively.

Just as each organisation is different so each recruitment project is distinct and individual. Each of our project managers is supported by our in-house research team who investigate all relevant sources – not simply database records – to find the best candidates.

This enables the project manager to concentrate on understanding and clearly defining the client’s requirements, then interviewing and thoroughly screening those candidates who most closely fit the agreed profile.

Fees
In the same way that each assignment is treated as bespoke, DJR uses a project costing approach to the calculation of fees.

Rather than basing our fee on a percentage of candidate remuneration, we offer clients a fixed and inclusive arrangement, which enables them to budget more accurately.

This fee is calculated in advance, following initial briefing by the client, and is based on the content of the assignment as calculated by our project manager.
