Fees
In the same way that each assignment is treated as bespoke, DJR
uses a project costing approach to the calculation of fees.
Rather than basing our fee on a percentage of candidate remuneration,
we offer clients a fixed and inclusive arrangement, which enables
them to budget more accurately.
This fee is calculated in advance, following initial briefing by
the client, and is based on the content of the assignment as calculated
by our project manager.
